Beautiful features in the apartment, very large and bright spaces. Responsive landlord.
Some roaches in the summer, so there’s a need to be really clean with your kitchen. Management keeps heat low at the start of winter so I’ve needed to buy my own electric heater. They will adjust heat based on legal parameters if asked.
