Almost good
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super keeps the lobby and entrance always clean. The landlord is relatively accesible. Great location.
Cons:
Although, the landlord may be accessible he will not help you at all. If its not related to rent money he will not be responsive. Backyard is abandoned creating a pests problem and one of the neighbors have a roach problem and landlord does not seem to care.
Advice to owner:
Clean the backyard.
