    Stay away!
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    More bedrooms and two living rooms.
    Cons:
    Rats!! There are thousands of rats in the street and many come and go from the apartment. When you need to contact the landlord nothing ever happens they are impossible to get a hold of.
    Advice to owner:
    Get a better management company and do better work.
