Terrific spot to be!
Pros
Nothing but good things to say about the quality of the building. Lived here a year and truly never had anything bad to say about the place. The location is very convenient and the price is very affordable for what it is, so long as you can get some roommates.
Cons
Once the summer hits, there can definitely be risk of ants getting in from the outside. Nothing that wasn't solved with either some ant traps or crack sealant.
Advice to the owners
Nothing but good exchanges with the property owner!
