Big roaches & loud music

Pros:
-access to subway was great
-a lot of good stuff in the area
Cons:
-giant roaches
-super loud music all the time on the block
Advice to owner:
Get rid of the huge roaches!

Rats in the walls, roaches all over the building, extremely drafty

Pros:
Neighbors are all wonderful people, very close to the train, beautiful neighborhood with great shops. Unit was originally a pretty good deal for what it us but is now far over priced.
Cons:
No window in the livingroom/kitchen (if you can even call it that, the space is tiny), roaches are crawling out all the cracks of the building, even dead roaches in the hallways that go weeks without being cleaned up, you can hear rats in the walls (especially during winter), there are so many places for a draft to come in that the apartment barely heats, no central air/ac, 2nd bathroom is smaller than a closet. FRONT DOOR TO BUILDING NEVER LOCKS, PACKAGES GET STOLEN AND MAINTENANCE DOES NOTHING NO MATTER HOW OFTEN THEY ARE ALERTED. UNSAFE!!
Advice to owner:
Lower rent significantly and fix up the property so pests and drafts don't fill the apartments so easily. And respond to people's maintenance requests. FIX THE FRONT DOOR.
