Stay away from this landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, nice neighborhood.
Cons:
Please, be very careful and think twice before doing business with this landlord and his management team. They go by many different names, but mostly known as LRose Realty.
Terrible communication, never get things fixed, landlord will give you the number of someone else and you get in this never ending cycle of constantly being told to contact someone else and no one actually gets stuff done.
The garbage situation outside is absolutely disgusting, there are holes in the sidewalk that allow rats and other pests to get into the basement and from there run up the walls of the building. This problem has been presented to the landlord, who replied saying that there was nothing they could do about it, and never got it fixed.

Read more reviews on google, and you’ll see that all of them are negative and point the exact same problems.
Advice to owner:
Do better, be responsive and treat your tenants with respect.
