Good Space loud neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
The space was kept clean and trash taken by Ramone often. Maintenance was quick to respond. Good space for two people or a couple and one other. Neighbors are super friendly all 21-35 year old range. Access to roof.
Cons:
Neighbors in building next door have cookouts in front space and are super loud. Used to have access to building and would hang out / smoke on stairs. Management changed locks.
Advice to owner:
None!

worst apartment of my life
Former Tenant
Pros:
- cheapish rent (not cheap enough for this apartment though) and the neighborhood is nice
- roof access
- nice super
Cons:
paper walls- i can legit hear my neighbors whispering and burping. if anyone is talking/watching tv/living, you can hear them.

management- i def have mold in my room and they didn’t respond to me about it until i filed a complaint with the city. same for a massive leak in our ceiling (you can see in the recent violations that they simply painted over it because they thought it was a cosmetic issue...). our heat was broken for three months this winter. they will respond to you, but only after they get in trouble by the city.

neighbors in the building were TERRIBLE. the people below me would fight non stop and smoke cigs in the hallway of the building and leave ash and butts all over the hallway. they even threatened me with violence when i asked them to stop and management didn’t do anything about them.
Advice to owner:
you guys manage a ton of properties...you need a better system for managing building issues. they are never going to stop, so you might as well improve how you handle them.
