Nice interiors, good neighbors
Cons:
Took off the door code and ignored tenant requests. Frequent leaks and roaches

Pros:
The space was kept clean and trash taken by Ramone often. Maintenance was quick to respond. Good space for two people or a couple and one other. Neighbors are super friendly all 21-35 year old range. Access to roof.
Cons:
Neighbors in building next door have cookouts in front space and are super loud. Used to have access to building and would hang out / smoke on stairs. Management changed locks.
