    Akin to a Terrible Motel

    Pros:
    Close to the train?
    Cons:
    Absolute minimum heat is given, poor quality of maintenance, very noisy environment, unprofessional with organizing and executing repairs and services, outdated property with much needed updates, and pest control issues.
