    Apt looks nice at first glance, but you WILL regret living here.
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Good natural light. Close to trains and the hubbub street, Broadway. Nice coffee shop near by.
    Cons:
    The 3rd floor and 2nd floor of this building leak anytime there is a slight rain.

    3rd floor has roaches
    Advice to owner:
    When you don't fix issues promptly, things get exponentially worse. The infestation is directly tied to the leaking ceiling.
