Ok but could be better

-Good management -Spacious unit -Quiet Building (overall)

Cons

-Walls are so so thin. I can hear a pencil drop in my neighbor's apartment -Poorly insulated. I had to keep the heat on all the time and as soon as I took it off, it gets cold again

Pros

Landlord is very responsive and takes care of the property. Gut renovated so it looks nice.

Cons

Lots of ants in the summer. Materials for gut renovations are not good. Can hear people partying on the roof.
