Word of caution
Pros
Convenient location, quiet
Cons
Apartment had bed bug infestation. Building owner did not hire a licensed fumigator to clean. We had the apartment sprayed a few times and only learned after a few months that the man doing the fumigation was not licensed and just a handyman. The landlord and family were kind and approachable, but I still believe it was their responsibility to be honest with their tenants and try to resolve the issue professionally rather than electing to do a cheaper alternative.
Advice to the owners
Hire a licensed fumigator from the get go.
