Overall great apartment

Pros:
Cleaning team keeps hallways feeling fresh. There is also a serious dedication to pest control.
Cons:
Maintenance requests rarely get taken care of on online portal. You should try calling property management.
Advice to owner:
Overall, doing a good job.

Pretty good apartment building

Good water pressure, good sunlight in my apartment, roof access
Cons:
Heat too high in the winter!!
Advice to owner:
3rd floor staircase needs upkeep, it keeps creaking!
