Rundown but good for the price

Pros:
Not renovated - old building
Decent price for the space
Convenient location
Landlord is responsive and pretty lax about paying exactly on time
Cons:
Roach problem
Hot water not included
Heating is not super reliable
A bit rundown - could use a lot of love to bring to make this old building and it’s fixtures look their best
When stuff is fixed it’s a bit ragtag
You’re responsible if the fridge breaks (but not the other appliances)
Sometimes the hallway smells because of the basement
