Rundown but good for the price
Pros
Not renovated - old building Decent price for the space Convenient location Landlord is responsive and pretty lax about paying exactly on time
Cons
Roach problem Hot water not included Heating is not super reliable A bit rundown - could use a lot of love to bring to make this old building and it’s fixtures look their best When stuff is fixed it’s a bit ragtag You’re responsible if the fridge breaks (but not the other appliances) Sometimes the hallway smells because of the basement
