Nicely renovated, responsive landlord
Pros
- spacious rooms - natural lighting - modern finishes - no gas, all electric which you can control
Cons
- electricity can get expensive with no gas for heat - car speak business across the street is extremely loud - front neighbors are also really really loud in the summer time. They hang out in front of the building all day and all night and place music with heavy base for hours
