I love this neighborhood, just don’t rent at this address.
After I moved in, several things like the electricity stopped working. The landlord Virginia Donat dragged her feet with the repairs and eventually refused to fix any of the basic things that needed fixing in the apartment. I could also hear her screaming in her apartment every day.
