    Good landlord/property manager, well maintained

    Pros:
    Living in apt 1 (the bottom two floors), the space is nice, lots of area for storage and living space. kitchen may be a little small (lacking counter space) but otherwise everything was great! the roommates that i met upon moving in were all super nice, responsible and easy to get along with.
    Cons:
    heating during winter was a bit of a mystery for apt 1, as one of the rooms' heat didn't seem to be connected to any of the thermostats in the apt, landlord never fixed the issue. might be connected to the apt above or something. also, even though the property managers are responsive, helpful, and generally don't give evil landlord vibes, they did not ever provide me or one of my other roommates with a countersigned lease for the 1 year i was there. my other roommates said that it hadn't caused any issues for them in the 3-4 years they had lived there.
    Advice to owner:
    not much to change, just be a little more prompt replying with copy of countersigned lease!
