Do able living on a crunch

Pros:
Close to trains, parks, supermarkets
Cons:
Rats and pest are everywhere!
Advice to owner:
Seal the building!

Pros:
This is a really nice and clean building and the landlord is very understanding
Cons:
The tenants on the 3rd floor are horrible and make sooo much noise

Kinda liked it there

Pros:
Management are good but could be better, they do get most things fix on time and they answer my texts when ever I need something fix or my questions answered.
Cons:
Washer and dryer could be upgraded maybe add two more of each, also they should add a quarter machine especially for the rent prices. Backyard should be shared but it’s what ever. Rooftop is great but a staircase is safer then the ladder.
Advice to owner:
Front building door should be less heavy.
Please upgrade washer and dryer, maybe add another dryer and washer and add quarter machine.
A staircase to the roof would be nice but not a must.
