Truly an illusion

Pros:
This building was “renovated”. Each unit has brand new appliances and the rooms are a nice size.
Cons:
Behind all the newness still lies an old building, no soundproofing, plumbing leaks (basement flooded), mold growing, and ongoing violations from DOB. The current tenants at apt 1 are a group of young men that are up all night (up til 4am or later) and blast their tv / music.
