Newly Renovated

Pros

Updated appliances, new flooring, redone bathroom. Apartment management is responsive.

Cons

The roof would leak from time to time . No major roach issue but saw a few roaches from time to time . Windows did not have there own screens. Management was new and didn’t know a lot of things about the building. There would be a group of people who didn’t live in the building hanging around outside the building.

Please hire someone to watch over the building and know what goes on.
