Run far away.

Pros:
There aren’t any pros.
Cons:
- heat is barely ever on
- any repairs aren’t done until you call 311
- can’t ever get in contact with the office
- quick to ask for rent money but won’t fix anything
- cheap
- hallways aren’t kept up with past the 1st floor.
- has cameras in the building just for show, they don’t work (don’t let them fool you)
- all around don’t care about the buildings.
- tenants almost ALWAYS leave after their lease is up
If you have other options, count these buildings out.
Advice to owner:
Do better.

Apartments have nice layouts and decent size bedrooms

No heat, owner doesn’t respond to problem

Neighbors are friendly
Cons:
Landlord never responds to any issues on time or even close to. Heat barely.
Advice to owner:
Be more attentive to the needs of the tenants. Especially long term.
