Loud but fine

Pros:
Warm, usually clean.
Cons:
Extremely loud construction on first floor starting at 6am and ending in early hours of the morning. So loud could not work from home. Smell of garbage is bad

Nice clean building to live in

Pros:
Building is clean, management response is timely, package room for your mails safe keeping, beautiful back terrace as well as rooftop terrace.
Cons:
The only con is neighbors who are always quiet maybe complain about you playing music since it's usually quiet the music will seem loud.
Bedrooms aren't big enough to fit a full bed set.
Advice to owner:
Upgrade the rooftop it's such a beautiful space and view you can make it look better and add a grill or two
