Management is really responsive, cozy, great price and location.
Cons:
The rooms are kinda disproportionate in size with one room only able to fit a full bed and a small piece of furniture

Pros:
The landlords are super responsive and were very quick to fixing any issues we had. We were good tenants and paid rent on time and they wrote use good letters of recommendations for future apartments. They even gave us a Christmas present. It’s a good place to live if you have normal standards. It was our first apartment in nyc and was a great fit. The price is reasonable.
Cons:
It is an old building so there is some grime and dirt. Bathrooms are a little dingy. But you pay for the quality. No light in the living room
