First floor vibes

Pros:
It is close to the train station and stores.
Cons:
When it rains, I get a water leak on the first floor. My shade fell due to too much water on the wall. I would not be surprised if this building is falling apart. The basement constantly gets flooded. The management sends a person to fix the person without informing you.

Roof access, in unit washing machine, massive French windows, high ceilings, safe to smoke
Cons:
leaking windows and walls, homeless people sleep on the roof, loud front door, neighbors throw parties sometimes
Advice to owner:
Fix the leaks or you’ll have long term damage. Change the front door code at least once a year.
