Pros

I lived in the location for 3 years. I had a pleasant experience. I had good communication with management to arrange an appointment to receive a plumber or a handy person. They responded pretty soon. Close to the train Wash and dryer in the unit

Roof access, in unit washing machine, massive French windows, high ceilings, safe to smoke

leaking windows and walls, homeless people sleep on the roof, loud front door, neighbors throw parties sometimes
