1L is a Nightmare

Pros:
Decent backyard space
Cons:
House parties every night, razor thin walls, A/C units never worked. If you move here, I would not recommend the ground floor. I lived here in 2022 and the neighbor in 1L was loud and inconsiderate to everyone in the building.
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants

Pros:
Decent space for NYC. Lived on second floor with dishwasher and central AC.
Cons:
Landlords consistently changing. Never received deposit back. Neighbor on 1st floor running AirBNB. Strangers consistently in the building.
Advice to owner:
Enforce the Airbnb issue.

Shitty Bushwick apt

Pros:
Decent amount space, was cleaned regularly.
Cons:
Nightmare trying to get deposit back, kept sending harassing emails even though rent had been paid in full. Switched landlords/renamed management companies. Terrible water pressure and interior/appliances all cheapest ugly gentrification apt style
Advice to owner:
Treat tenants with respect
