Generally clean Maintenance staff really nice once you get a hold of them Neighbors have a group chat Location is convenient
Obviously constructed in the new age of bushwick properties- feels like all the hardware is chipping and walls are thin, Had quite a tough mouse problem (likely due to construction next door) Management not very responsive, had to call multiple times to solve an issue
