Nice new building but inconsistent management

Pros

New amenities, safe, clean lobbies/ building front, quiet and nice area

Cons

Owners are very unresponsive, issues with plumbing in entire building, harassment from management to access units ( for never-ending repairs and construction), refusal to compensate for displacement from building, terrible superindent. New building but it is falling apart.

Advice to the owners

Be reasonable and more responsive to tenants. Fix all major issues prior to renting the apartments
