central air , storage space, balcony
Cons
Rats in front of entrance . Door bell does not work at all. Even when you request help ,management is terrible , You will wait a yr for a response . Unfinished kitchen, patio , bathroom in apartment. Cheap material of work . No one in Managment does their job .
Advice to the owners
Be present , do your job !! Or do a better job of hiring people to do their job. It’s ridiculous waiting for a year for someone to fix a door, or basement flood or patios but expect rent on the 1st .
