In unit washer dryer and new appliances.
This building is not insulated. At all. My heat bill for January was $672 for a 1 bedroom apartment. In February, I was extremely frugal with the heater and even left the city for almost half the month. The bill was $400.
Take tenant feedback seriously and provide adequate heating.
