Convenient location, close to the subway and groceries.
Cons:
AWFUL landlord, very unresponsive. Changes phone number and emails frequently. The leaks in the apartment are never ending and always moving. There's bound to be a ton of mold in the walls because all they do is patch and paint over the leaks. The windows were no installed correctly making it incredibly hot in the summer and absolutely freezing in the winter. They rarely maintain or clean the common spaces. We had dry rotted wood on our balcony for nearly a year before they finally did anything.
Advice to owner:
Get it together.

Flooding, leaks going unfixed, sewage backing up into the bedrooms. Walls are paper thin. MOLD MOLD MOLD
