Looks good from afar, but is far from good

Pros:
Pretty, with original fixtures, lovely nonfunctional fireplaces in the apartment. Lots of natural light in the apartment. Short walk to the subway. I
Cons:
You are not allowed to talk in the hallways. The bell is designed to not allow you to buzz anyone in. You have to go downstairs to view and allow company in. There are rodents. Traps and rat poison are all through the apartment. There is also an electronic rodent ultrasonic device in the home. You cannot sit or the stoop, nor have access to the backyard. No parties or gatherings without permission from the landlord. The landlords will retain your security fee claiming damage to the unit. Take video and pictures of everything as evidence! Keep all text correspondence! There is a budget party center two doors down. It’s attendees are noisy. Parking is horrible.
