It's a solid apartment

Pros

Cute building, 1 washer/dryer in basement, pet-friendly, owners are somewhat responsive, maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly (dependent on scheduling)

Cons

Only 1 washer/dryer in basement for entire building, brief period of break-ins to the building with theft of miscellaneous items in building that were not in apartments (eventually resolved with new door code and cameras being installed)

Advice to the owners

Communicate more with issues going on with building. There wasn't much communication to the residence regarding break ins until we were told the door code was changing.

Cons

Disgustingly damp 1st floor where mildew grows on your clothes and under your bed. Mice and cockroaches infested and disgusting backyard
