    Good looking units and nice roof
    Cons:
    Disgustingly damp 1st floor where mildew grows on your clothes and under your bed. Mice and cockroaches infested and disgusting backyard

    Wall-mounted a/c units wood floors cool neighbours windows facing green inner courtyard good amount of kitchen space
    Cons:
    landlord is extremely shady, will hide from you if you have any concerns or problems. black mold in the a/c due to the sometimes flooding illegal basement apartment weird mail issue where i assume the landlord did not correctly update the units to usps, so it's impossible to forward mail
