Renters approve of the building's owners
The building is updated, amenities all work, landlord is friendly and attentive, apartment is spacious and relatively clean! I've lived in NYC almost 10 years and this is the best apartment I've lived in.
Noise from neighbors is very apparent, and hot water will occasionally not work.
Perhaps a new front door that allows for a peephole/to see who is at the door!
