Right near the train station and grocery store. Easy access to everything

No living room. Bad smell in bathroom

Overall units are updated, safe, and near everything. The Landlord mostly does Roomate Matching which helps if you’re new to the city.

Cons

The building itself is extremely dirty and unkept. Landlord is greedy and only cares about the rent ( shocking, right). It’s a decent start if you’re new to the area / city.
