not too crowded, laundry in basement, decent apts
Packages get stolen often, otherwise things are p chill.
The landlord is chill, approval process is easy, and it's not owned by a big company which is always great IMO. Neighbors are nice it's close to the J and there is in-building w/d
Things don't always get fixed in a timely manner.
