Pros

Building management was very responsive & the apartment is quiet. Beautiful view of Manhattan from our outdoor space & roof. Great location too! We did really love the year we spent here & the other people in the building are very friendly.

Cons

The appliances were constantly breaking or leaking & the bathtub always clogged. The roof leaked a little but they always did their best to try to fix any issues.

Advice to the owners

Nope, we really enjoyed living here.
