Great location but freezing in the winter

Pros:
It was newly renovated at the time
Cons:
The heat and air flow in the front room was terrible. It was so hot in the summer and definitely freezing in the winter. NYC law states that it should be properly heated to 65 in most of the apartment it wouldn’t get over 40 in most the room.
