Overall do not recommend
Pros
I lived on the first floor and the backyard was very nice. Also loved our neighbors and the stray cats in the backyard.
Cons
There were rats in the walls, outside in the front and the back, and we had mice in the kitchen just before we moved out. There was also constant mold in the bathroom and in the brick walls of the apartment. The heat did not always work and there were multiple times during the winter when it was 40° inside the apartment. We had plumbing issues as well a handful of times. Landlord usually did not respond and when he would, was rude and unhelpful. Also rent was definitely way too high for our living conditions and they raised it even more when we left. Overall do not recommend this apartment.
