This is a temporary place to stay. Do not stay more than a year.
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s close by the train and local shopping areas.
Cons:
Rent is too high for a hole in a wall place
Advice to owner:
Stop moving innocent families into this building knowing the house is old and no good. Also be honest with your possible tenants instead of doing a crappy patch up job to get their money. You already know the house has problems just be honest and tell them so they have the option not to move in. This is why you lost tenants due to unlivable conditions and a landlord who is a bad attitude. On top of that his family harasses you and try to gang up on you. Your not a fit landlord. This is the worst place ever!!!
