    Pros:
    spacious and nice neighbors
    Cons:
    I don’t like that the owner charges so much money for an apartment that’s infested with cockroaches and walls are very old. Windows weren’t installed properly.
    Advice to owner:
    Talk to your tenants and try to get things situated in both parties interest
