Worst landlord ever

Pros:
It’s basic. A couple tenants are decent. Not many.
Cons:
Landlord never fixes. Super does nothing but steal. Others are very noisy and steal. Ones who steal are buddies with super.
Advice to owner:
Take care of building and quiet tenants.
