Ok as a first apt
Pros
-super sunny -great backyard -lots of freedom from owner with what we planted in backyard, painting walls etc
Cons
-no dedicated garbage management system or person. Everyone in the building was supposed to get their garbage out, and whoever was nice enough would put the bins out to the street on pick up day. Which invariably ended up being me -fast response for maintenance but work was always half-assed, thus the whole building is basically waiting to crumble. 30 years of cheapo repairs.
Advice to the owners
Better maintenance, invest in the property, hire someone for the garbage, stop being so cheap
