Closeness to the subway, nice family runs the place and lives in the building, responsive to texts and calls, takes care of problems quickly
Loud neighbors. Lots of block parties and people hanging out on the stoop, which is fine if that’s your thing, but if you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood, this one isn’t for you.
