    Management company is responsive and polite Unit is RENT STABILIZED
    Cons:
    Street is very dirty

    Washer and dryer in unit, modern building, only 1 floor walk up, nice lighting.
    Cons:
    Responsiveness can be a bit slow but overall they can be understanding.
