    this building needs to be demolished
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    high ceilings and a nice shower. that’s it.
    Cons:
    black mold in the basement, in the lobby, and in our floorboards. poorly insulated, had to wear a coat to use the bathroom in the winter and it gets humid and moldy in the summer.
    Advice to owner:
    tear this building down
