New Management Sucks
Former Tenant
Pros:
Inside is nice. Appliances work. Everything is pretty much new.
Cons:
Building was sold and the new management company is horrible. Doesn't respond to questions or issues. They also disregard the lease terms.
Advice to owner:
Get a management company that actually has it's act together.
