    Cons:
    Disgusting building, rats in walls and never cares to fix the issues. Rude roommates that were not clean. Neighbors who blasted their tv all day.

    Pros:
    I loved that it was in Brooklyn. There was a rooftop. I love that the apartment had 2 bathrooms. Able to break the lease without penalty.
    Cons:
    My toxic roommates. Apartment was too small.
    Advice to owner:
    Be more communicative when your tenants contact you.

    No central air No windows in the kitchen Super doesn’t clean enough People smoke on the stairs My window doesn’t stay open and my door doesn’t stay closed
