The store on the ground level is actually a club

Pros:
Pros are the area is close to ALOT. Shops, groceries, urgent care, hospitals, schools, salons. The upstairs neighbors are a dream! There is a roof deck but no fence so if you have little ones it's not ideal.
Cons:
The heat is very inconsistent. The management will NOT fix the floors and the store on the ground level is actually a club so be prepared NOT to sleep on the weekends and some weekdays. The block is infested with rats I have even seen a raccoon outside my door. The rent is extremely high for the nonsense you have to put up with.
Advice to owner:
Fix the issues.
