Management needs quite a bit of Work
Pros
Calm neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. No credit check.
Cons
No fire detector in apartment. Cracked windows the let in air. Roaches. Little upkeep to grounds. Lousy security system. Rude/racist management company who don’t care too much about the safety of the tenants more as the stable income. I was here a few months and had to leave after a new tenant moved in below me and started stealing packages from the building.
Advice to the owners
Better communication between management/landowners and tenants. Better security system. Lower your rates.
