    Pros:
    -Included Laundry and Dryer
    -Included Wifi
    -Included Electricity
    -Responsive and Fast-Acting Owner
    -Fast Approval Process
    -Easy to work with/communicate with
    Cons:
    -Upstairs neighbors were loud
    -Neighborhood had a lot of rats
    -Garbage can pile up/get sloppy due to neighbors
    -Little lighting outside
    -No kitchen in studio apartment
    Advice to owner:
    More lighting outside would be great for those that work late/go to work while it's still dark.
