-Upstairs neighbors were loud -Neighborhood had a lot of rats -Garbage can pile up/get sloppy due to neighbors -Little lighting outside -No kitchen in studio apartment

Advice to the owners

More lighting outside would be great for those that work late/go to work while it's still dark.
