Bad sublease, worse landlord

Pros:
Backyard area is really the only thing.
Cons:
Heat is extremely expensive because there is no insolation. It's a new build, so they made sure to use the cheapest materials as possible. landlord let's illegal rooms to be built in the basement and illegal Airbnb. Could hear all the neighbors because the walls were so thin.
Advice to owner:
Stop being greedy and be more hands on with your property.
